Discuss your hiring needsBefore we talk
A few useful answers.
Which roles can you help us hire?
Our initial focus is data and analytics, software engineering, and quality engineering. Share your requirements, location and experience level. We will confirm the fit and available support before taking on the search.
Can you help with only part of our hiring process?
Yes. Tell us what your team already handles and where you need support. We can discuss sourcing, screening, technical evaluation or coordination, and agree the scope before work begins.
How do you evaluate technical skills?
Where included in the engagement, we agree a role-specific assessment and an appropriate technical evaluator. Written feedback covers the method, relevant strengths, gaps and areas for your team to explore further. Availability and assessment scope are confirmed for each role.
How soon will we receive candidates?
We agree a realistic search timeline after reviewing the role, seniority, location and requirements. We do not promise a fixed shortlist deadline before understanding the search.
How do recruitment fees work?
Recruitment engagements are paid for by the hiring company. The services, fees and payment terms are agreed with you before work begins. Any replacement arrangements are discussed as part of that agreement.
Do you recruit only from DreamSwitch programs?
No. Recruitment considers suitable candidates from relevant sources. Purchasing a DreamSwitch career program is not required to be considered for a company-funded role.
Do candidates pay for company-funded opportunities?
Candidates are not charged for consideration or placement through our company-funded recruitment engagements. DreamSwitch career-development programs are separate, optional services.
What happens after I submit a requirement?
Our team reviews the role, follows up on any missing details and discusses whether DreamSwitch is the right fit. Sharing a requirement does not start a paid engagement; scope and terms are agreed separately.
